Cruise Phase - Day 6 (PL)

Weight this morning: 63.75kg

Despite of eating only meatballs at last night's dinner, Ive lost some grams :D
So I've finished my Attack phase (pure protein). Now I am entering into the Cruise phase where it introduces vegetables in my meals. This is the phase leading to my True Weight. So I will be alternate Pure Protein (PP) and Protein with Vegies(legumes)(PL).

Morning:
The rest of last night's meatballs
1 pot fromage frais 0%

Lunch:
Stir fried soja+cabbage+mushroom with prawns
1 pot fromage frais 0%

Dinner:
2 hardboiled eggs
Tea (no sugar)
