Attack Phase - Day 2

Weight this morning: 64.6 kg

*Note: At the Attack phase it is usual to lose 1kg as early as second day. This is mostly the loss of water. Therefore, need to drink plenty of water.

Morning:
Coffee with skimmed milk (with sweetener)

Lunch:
Fresh mint tea (no sugar)
Home-cooked roasted veal (roti de veau)
1 pot of fromage frais 0%
Surimi

Break:
Coffee with skimmed milk

Dinner:
1 kilo mussels (with only some pepper and curry powder)
5 little "Biscuit de matin" - made by my husband :D

Snack:
Surimi

Note: I did my usual Body combat of 60 mins :)
