Conso Phase - Day 159 - 52.2kg

Conso Phase treats me well. But I have to be careful not to be careless with my Gala meals. Breakfast for me would be tea/coffee with yoghurt mixed with oatbran (son d'avoine) or a piece of my creations (Inside nyanya's kitchen).
Lunch would be at Exki, between soups, pasta salad, and chicken salad.
Dinner would be pasta or grilled chicken or steak.

Recently I joined boxing class at the gym. It's every Saturday and finally before the end of 2010 I got the gears :D Xmas came early this year!!!

This is me weighing 52.2kg :D

Cruise Phase - Day 89 (Last Day of Phase 2)

Weight this morning: 54.4 kg

89 Days and I lost 11.3 kg :D Now the easy part has finished. The difficult part comes.. that is to maintain the weight and not to regain the 11 kilos!!!

Phase 3 Consolidation starts tomorrow with the duration of 110 days (11 kilos lost x 10 days).

What's in store in Phase 3?
- As the word 'consolidation' it is the phase where some unauthorized foods in Phase 1 and 2 are now allowed with strict quantity. I could now consume 1 portion of fruit per day, up to 40g refined cheese, 2 slices of whole wheat bread per day, 2 portions of starch food per week except white rice and potatoes.
- Two 'gala' meal per week: where you can have a fulcourse meal of any that you desired (without refill)
- Protein Thursday: Pure protein as of Attack Phase

This is an important phase to follow to avoid the rebound effect.

Cruise Phase - Day 43 (PP)

Last 5 days I have been staying between 59.5 and 59 kg. I wish that I could break this 59 and enter into 58. I also messed up a bit my 1 day alternate. Don't know how I ended up with 2 days alternate. Anyway, I'm back to 1 day alternate tomorrow. Have been busy at work, and lotsa stress. It could be this and also I haven't been motivated to check what I eat (even you can see I didn't update my entries for last 5 days isk isk)

Woohoo!! I'm down again :D It was a bit discouraging on Sunday, that I completely forgot to update the posts.
Anyway, here I am back in the business :D It was a bit difficult watching people eating fruits, chocolates, ice-creams, but I kept telling myself that I've eaten A LOT of those things before, and it's true I don't feel like eating them. I am discovering new tastes now.

Hmm... it's been 3 days that I have been 'yoyo-ing'. I hope that this will stop and I maintain my 63kg. Today I will spend the whole morning and afternoon with some visiting friends. We will do some walk around Brussels. We planned to eat mussels for lunch. Huhuhu there goes my à-volonté friets!

So I've finished my Attack phase (pure protein). Now I am entering into the Cruise phase where it introduces vegetables in my meals. This is the phase leading to my True Weight. So I will be alternate Pure Protein (PP) and Protein with Vegies(legumes)(PL).

Attack Phase - Day 4

Now I'm scared to go on the scale every morning. I do hope that each time brings me lower number. But so far so good.
Looking forward to really put this into gear.
According to the Dukan projector (top of my homepage), today should be my last Attack phase day, and I suppose to reach 63.7kg. As planned for the start, I want to do the attack phase for 5 days instead of 4. Just to complete the phase according to the week day. Let's do this!

Breakfast:

5 Chicken ham rolled with surimi
