Crème aux oeufs à la vanille

Ingredients:
60cl skimmed milk
3 eggs
Vanilla pod
3 tablespoon of sweetener Canderel

Methods:
Pre-heat oven at 200°C
Warm the milk on the stove until slightly boiled
Add in vanilla
In a separate bowl, mix eggs with sweetener
Add the egg mixture to the boiled milk
Pour into ramequin or I use muffin silicone moulds
Bake in the oven using bain marie method
Bake for about 40mins (test with the knife)
