Conso Phase treats me well. But I have to be careful not to be careless with my Gala meals. Breakfast for me would be tea/coffee with yoghurt mixed with oatbran (son d'avoine) or a piece of my creations (Inside nyanya's kitchen).
Lunch would be at Exki, between soups, pasta salad, and chicken salad.
Dinner would be pasta or grilled chicken or steak.
Recently I joined boxing class at the gym. It's every Saturday and finally before the end of 2010 I got the gears :D Xmas came early this year!!!
